Purpose Statement
The Logistics Coordinator will support various tasks and processes within the Customer Fulfillment team as it relates to Transportation and Warehousing. This includes but is not limited to DSD support (including DOT documentation, drug and alcohol testing and uploading digital/updating hard copy compliance files needed by the field teams) and tactical warehouse and transportation operations tasks as assigned.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Maintaining and tracking DOT documentation for our DOT/commercial drivers both internally and with our 3rd party administrator for Rich’s DSD team
· Reviewing and communicating relevant changes to the FMCSA guidelines as needed
· Collecting driver documentation from the DSD field managers and supporting other supply and systems needs to DSD field managers
· Tracking and updating Company vehicle information
· Supporting the Random Drug and Alcohol testing process for our drivers
· Maintaining and updating driver and vehicle data in our ELD system portal and ordering replacement hardware as needed
· Tracking Carrier insurance coverage in our 3rd party portal
· Coding invoices for various logistics expenses in our accounts payable system
· Working with Uber Freight and carriers to comply with load tracking
· Following up on carrier and warehouse service concerns with Rich internal contacts and 3rd parties
· Reviewing service reports to identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction
· Supporting various other functions as needed in our Logistics group related to Transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
· Support CHEP inbound/outbound tracking and physical inventory audits at assigned warehouse facilities
· Review key performance indicators for assigned warehouses with 3PL suppliers on required frequency. Drive performance improvement against our warehouse scorecard.
· Primary point of contact for assigned 3PL warehouse facilities to keep operation flowing smoothly.
· Support DSD business warehousing and transportation as applicable.
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations for various projects
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business – preferably in Supply Chain related field
- MS Office skills including MS Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work a hybrid schedule (Mon & Fri work from home, Tues-Thurs work in-office, flexible hours)

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$46,325.00 - $62,675.00
