Purpose Statement
We're seeking dynamic, ambitious college graduates to join our team as Entry-Level Logistics Coordinators. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, helping to manage the intricate logistics that drive our business forward.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Execute Carrier Setup and Compliance Procedures: Gain a deep understanding of ROAR's carrier setup and compliance protocols, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
• Driver Dispatch and TMS Management: Coordinate with drivers, meticulously inputting all necessary details into our Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintaining continuous communication and updates until completion.
• Marketing and Networking: Actively promote ROAR to both customers and carriers through various channels such as business directories, online load boards, and networking events.
• Data Management: Keep our TMS up-to-date by regularly updating and maintaining customer and carrier profiles.
• Load Tender Management: Efficiently route, schedule, and manage customer load tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Carrier Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and onboard new carriers while nurturing relationships with existing ones, negotiating rates to meet our target booking prices.
• Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Serve as a solutions provider for our customers, carriers, and internal team members, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer and carrier experiences.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the ROAR Management team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics preferred, or equivalent experience in the logistics industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Email System.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Team Player: Capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$41,566.00 - $56,236.00
