Purpose Statement
We are seeking a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Manager to lead the strategy & execution of analytics across Rich’s global supply chain functions. A successful leader will support their team’s innovation of advanced insights generation, global descriptive analytics, data modeling & governance, and AI deployment. Additionally, they serve as a liaison between supply chain functional stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making through self-service tools. The ideal leader is fluent in current data & analytics practices, especially applied in a supply chain environment. They have exceptional critical thinking skills & an ability to simplify complex situations to industry & non-industry alike.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Lead & coach a team of 6 high-performing analysts located around the world
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to identify, design, & implement advanced analytical tools
- Champion a data-driven culture by deploying business insights, shifting from descriptive to predictive or prescriptive analytics
- Design & execute processes for scenario modeling & simulations to support IBP, capacity planning, etc.
- Partner with IT & external vendors to create & implement AI insights generation
- Lead onboarding of global supply chain functions to a centralized analytics environment
- Support global deployment of SAP S4/HANA & Blue Yonder & a supply chain end-to-end control tower
- Establish & coach best practices to entire supply chain analyst community
- Drive sustainable supply chain optimization productivity improvements, aiding the achievement of our annual global savings targets
- Prioritize high value opportunities utilizing agile monthly sprint process, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Degree (master’s preferred) in analytical field (e.g., Data & Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Information Systems, etc.)
- 7+ years’ of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics or business intelligence with previous hands-on experience in a technical role
- A proven track record of servant people leadership & effective team coaching for analysts, data engineers, supply chain experts, and/or business intelligence analysts
- Technical expertise in supply chain data & industry metrics, AI skill development, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for descriptive & insights analytics, and statistical applications
- Expertise in data governance, data modeling, data management, & best practice coaching

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$104,034.24 - $156,051.36
