PURPOSE STATEMENT

Provides strategic and operational leadership and expertise to support Leadership & Organizational Development initiatives as well as the broader RULN team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Strategic (20%):

  • In partnership with the VP and RULN leadership team, play point in creating the global leadership & organizational development strategy and framework aligned with business strategy and organizational strategic capabilities.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions with the RULN leadership team.
  • Provide strategic guidance to RULN team members working on Leadership & Organizational Development solutions.
  • Actively stay current with the latest learning, leadership, and organizational development trends and provides insights and thought leadership to the RULN team and to HR and business leaders.

Consultative (30%):

  • Provide coaching and consultation to business leaders and HR partners around increasing organizational effectiveness and the impact of leaders at all levels.
  • Proactively obtain voice of the customer/business feedback and input to ensure leadership and organizational development solutions are aligned with business strategy and leadership development strategy.
  • Consult with RULN resources regarding leadership and organization development solutions intake, design, development, and deployment of performance improvement solutions and OD engagements.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Learning Solutions and Services team through each phase of the operating model.
  • Be an advocate for continuous talent, leadership & organizational development, and change throughout the organization.

Enablement (50%)

  • Responsible for providing guidance, direction, and decision-making in the overall design, development, and deployment of leadership and organizational development solutions and engagements.
  • Plan, design, and deliver/facilitate leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational development engagements.
  • Interface with the RULN associates regarding solutions through all phases of the RULN operating model.
  • Utilize enterprise collaboration tools to effectively communicate with RULN and Rich Associates including; MS Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook, and Skype
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

.

  • Bachelor’s degree. Masters preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience leading an enterprise leadership development, learning and/or OD organization or equivalent level function
  • Requires a high-level of proficiency in all learning and development processes and continuous improvement practices
  • Leadership skills: Get the Right People on the Team, Align & Prepare Associates to Perform at a Higher Level, and Provide Daily Leadership to Create Powerful Experiences
  • Professional skills: Strategic thinking, executive presence and communication, consulting, project management, communication, agile design, business acumen, financial management, vendor management.
  • Other skills: collaboration, proactive, problem solver, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, results oriented, digitally savvy
