Marketing Coordinator - Global Markets

The Marketing Coordinator – Global Markets will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing activities to help drive and achieve the division’s goals around revenues, new product development and reduction of COGS.  


Project Management for International Projects: (Training phase ~50%, then 40%)
•Become proficient in MS Office software and develop Project Mgt skills
•Manage selective PMP and NPD projects for global regions
•Manage other marketing projects as needed

WHQ Marketing Event and Visit Coordination: (10%)
•Support the planning and execution of customer visits (product presentations, market visits) to WHQ.  Ensure we maximize the customer’s “experience” and deliver on the Rich Promise and Family Values.
•Lead or Support International’s participation at Tradeshows and Events (Founder’s Day, etc)

International Portal Support: (15%)
•Ensure that updates from all business units are included and attributed properly.
•Manage / coordinate content review for duplicates and mislabeling.
•Provide product information to local teams who are evaluating new products and categories including product specs, features and benefits, any current capacity constraints, minimum volume requirements, etc.
•Handle Global Labeling & Graphics requests

Communication Support and Coordination: (20%)
•Create Positions announcements
•Presentations support
•Support creation of International’s Quarterly business update

Sales Development Support (15%)
•Conduct situation analysis for Global Regions.
•Support customer prospecting for International division.
•Understand USC product portfolios for insights and analytics for global sales.


Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with a combined total of 1-3 years marketing experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct effective presentations to various audiences.
  • Ability to function positively in a team environment, as well as working and managing projects independently from start to finish
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong analytical skills; willingness to research broad or vague subjects / concepts, ability to decipher and report out relevant information
  • Ability to adapt to various international cultures
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • May require occasional travel
