Purpose Statement
We are currently hiring for a Supply Chain Intern to be based at our WHQ in Buffalo, NY. This internship is expected to last until the end of August 2025.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
The intern will support the Supply Chain group and work closely with Analytics, Operation, Marketing and Sales teams. You will support supply chain reporting, data management and analytics efforts through:
• Reporting and analysis.
• Data visualization and story telling.
• Interactive, role-based dashboard.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Assist Inventory Manager in optimizing inventory mix by leveraging analytics tools.
• Provide insight on inventory investment mix health by tracking performance vs. planned and projections vs. target.
• Develop actionable plans to improve customer order fill rate in accordance with inventory investment strategy.
• Provide insight to Integrated Supply Chain Planning Managers on division level inventory investment mix.
• Analyze and review inventory to minimize spoilage and shortage risk.
• Track and develop code level improvement plans by collaborating with cross-functional supply chain associates.
• Identify and analyze inventory investment opportunities.
• Partner with Supply and Fulfilment associates to execute inventory investment opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Must be enrolled in a degree in supply chain management, data analytics, engineering, MIS or computer science for the entire duration of the internship.
• Data interpretation and insights analysis.
• Statistical modelling.
• Quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
• Critical thinking.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
• Embrace the culture of “speaking up”.
• Strong Excel statistical and spreadsheet analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Models and Data Modeling applications.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$17.00 - $23.00
