Purpose Statement

The Project Manager – Global Markets is a cross functional leader responsible for driving execution of high priority initiatives that enable Global Markets business to deliver its strategic, operational, and growth objectives. You will bring structure, clarity, and disciplined follow through across Global Marketing Priorities: Enterprise Toppings, Creams, and Culinary Solutions (TCCS) Business Unit, Global Equipment and Global Innovation Initiatives. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, focused, proactive and skilled at navigating complex, matrixed environments. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about turning strategy into tangible results, and who thrives in a role where no two days are the same.


Our ideal candidate will be based in Buffalo, with minimal travel expected.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

1. Strategic Marketing Initiative Project Management:
• Lead end to end project management for high impact Global Markets Marketing initiatives: Cross Functional Enterprise Toppings, Creams, and Culinary Solutions Business Unit, Global Equipment, and Adjacent Innovation Initiatives.  
• Convert strategy into action by building clear, actionable roadmaps with defined milestones, owners, KPIs, and operating routines. Ensure efforts have clear requirements, timelines, deliverables, and operating mechanisms. 
• Coordinate cross regional and cross functional partners to enable integrated, enterprise-wide execution. 
• Partner with R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional BU teams to ensure holistic execution. 
• Drive operational excellence by coordinating activities related to equipment lifecycle, service and maintenance programs, vendor interactions, and internal capability building. 
• Apply excellent project management discipline, communication routines, and execution tracking. 
• Manage a set portfolio of projects to ensure on time and on budget delivery.  
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans with recommended solutions.


2.  Cross Functional Project Team Leadership  
• Create clarity, focus, and shared purpose across cross functional teams to enable tangible business results. 
• Provide organization, leadership and direction to cross functional team members.  Create an open, transparent team environment that supports challenging the status quo and inspires execution excellence.  
• Advocate for project team members - including capacity discussions and upholding action item accountability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field with 5+ years of general business and/or marketing experience.
• 5 years of project management or program leadership experience, ideally in CPG, foodservice, B2B ingredients, or closely related sectors.
• Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a number of projects
• Strong business acumen. Display the ability to align project goals with organizational strategy, making data‑driven decisions, and ensuring project outcomes deliver measurable business value.
• Lead effectively across cross‑functional teams, driving alignment, facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of workstreams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, One Note, Word, PowerPoint, Teams 
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, etc.).


Preferred:
• MBA.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$93,382.00 - $140,074.00
