Purpose Statement
The Senior HR Generalist is a cross‑functional, enterprise‑level individual contributor role that strengthens the associate experience and business outcomes across the Supply Chain function. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise AEN – Supply Chain, this role provides governance, execution discipline, analytics, and coordination across the AEN (Associate Experience Network) Business Partner community.
The role requires an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, associate relations, compliance, organizational design, and transformation. The Senior HR Generalist drives disciplined problem‑solving, enterprise governance, and continuous improvement—enabling data‑informed decision‑making, operational stability, consistent service delivery, and adoption of enterprise platforms and standards.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Enterprise AEN Enablement
- Supports execution of priorities, operating rhythm, and cross‑AEN alignment.
- Provides strategic and operational enablement to AEN Business Partners, supporting consistency, focus, and scalability across the Supply Chain network.
- Partners with AEN Business Partners on enterprise initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, associate engagement, and organizational development.
Training & Capability Building
- Co‑leads Supply Chain training initiatives, partnering with Operations, AEN Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support capability development, deployment, and adoption.
- Supports consistent execution and reinforcement of training programs across sites and regions.
HR Metrics, Insights & Dashboards
- Leads development and ongoing management of HR metrics and dashboards by site and region.
- Synthesizes data into actionable insights to support enterprise and regional leaders.
- Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities to enable data‑driven workforce and talent decisions.
Policy & Regional Standardization
- Drives policy and regional standardization efforts, ensuring consistent interpretation, governance, application, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Partners with AEN Business Partners and COEs to support change management, communication, and sustained adoption.
Enterprise Coordination & Execution
- Coordinates cross‑functional and cross‑regional initiatives, ensuring follow‑through, visibility, and alignment across the AEN.
- Serves as a central point of coordination for enterprise HR initiatives within Supply Chain.
- Prepares enterprise‑level materials, including updates, summaries, dashboards, and leadership communications for senior leadership audiences.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Coordinates employee engagement action planning, progress tracking, and follow‑through across sites and regions.
- Synthesizes engagement insights and provides visibility to the AEN – Supply Chain.
- Supports best‑practice sharing and standardization of engagement strategies across the AEN Business Partner community.
Transformation & Organizational Design Governance
- Serves as the enterprise point of coordination and governance transformation and organizational design initiatives, ensuring AEN‑led work is aligned, disciplined, and executed to standard.
- Ensures consistency, quality, and adherence to agreed AEN frameworks, principles, and processes across all transformation efforts.
- Partners with ESO, HRBPs, COEs, and other AEN stakeholders to support execution within defined scope and standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in progressive HR roles, with a strong focus on associate relations, organizational design, M&A, and transformation.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑level change, governance, and execution across matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical capability, including development and interpretation of HR metrics and executive‑level insights.
- Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including ownership of tracking, reporting, and interdependencies.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and execution skills in high‑volume, high‑change environments.
- Proven ability to drive follow‑through and deliver executive‑ready updates and insights.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$85,989.00 - $116,338.00
