Purpose Statement

Assist in preparation of U.S. international income tax compliance and general support of U.S. international tax matters and assist in value-added projects as needed.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

•    Preparation/calculation of estimated tax payments for U.S. parent holding company,
•    Preparation of foreign reporting: forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and 8975,
•    Assist in calculation of GILTI and E&P analysis/completion of related forms and schedules,
•    Analysis of foreign tax credit position, maintaining foreign tax pool. Substantiation and tracking tax attributes,
•    Assist with annual income tax provision, review of foreign tax provisions, and tax entries for U.S. GAAP financial statement disclosure,
•    Work with tax technology to identify/implement automated solutions to the compliance process

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field with 2-4 years of experience in international tax; CPA preferred,
•    Willingness to adopt to change while working in dynamic environment,
•    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
•    Detail oriented,
•    Proficient in use of tax research tools, tax compliance software (OneSource Income Tax), and standard MS Office programs, SAP, SAP 4 Hana experience a plus,
•    Broad understanding of ASC 740 and general accounting principles,
•    Motivated to grow in technical tax knowledge,
•    Experience with foreign reporting forms such as 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118 and 8975 preferred,
•    Ability to craft, implement and improve processes

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$88,655.00 - $119,945.00
