Job Summary
Rich Products is accelerating its digital transformation agenda across operations, supply chain, and enterprise processes. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Transformation to drive execution of our initiatives while playing a key coordination role in our global SAP S/4HANA program – Galileo.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, helping standardize processes, implement modern tools, and elevate digital maturity across regions.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
SAP Coordination & Process Automation
- Act as global coordination lead for SAP rollouts and upgrades, supporting cross-functional integration and issue resolution across supply chain, finance, and operations.
- Own and drive post-go-live stabilization efforts, coordinating change management, hypercare, and end-user training strategies.
- Collaborate with the SAP data and transformation teams to support process harmonization, master data alignment, and KPI tracking.
- Partner with business teams and IT to implement digital workflows and process automation tools (e.g., digital forms, workflow bots, analytics dashboards).
Digital Transformation & PMO Support
- Act as a transformation bridge across SAP, aligning efforts to the broader Digital Enterprise strategy.
- Help prioritize and track progress of transformation initiatives through structured PMO reporting and executive scorecards.
- Contribute to documentation of digital standards, playbooks, and training materials to ensure scalable impact.
Deployment
- Lead planning, deployment, and change management for toolkit rollouts across global production sites.
- Leverage operational assessments to tailor digitization approaches by site maturity and business need.
- Drive OEE improvement, compliance, and paperless operations by coordinating cross-site standardization and training efforts.
- Support predictive maintenance and legacy equipment integration efforts using platforms like Ignition.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, SAP deployment, or enterprise operations, ideally in food, manufacturing, or CPG environments.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA rollout coordination, including change, training, hypercare, or cutover.
- Demonstrated success in Smart Office programs—preferably across multiple countries or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in business process improvement, workflow automation, or digital assistant implementation is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills in Chinese or Thai required.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$147,840.00 - $221,760.00
