Job Summary

As the Senior Manager, IT Product Management, Enterprise Supply Chain, you’ll lead the development of digital products for our Supply Chain operations, focusing on Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Settle, and Plan-to-Make processes. You’ll collaborate with Global Procurement, Customer Service & Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning functions, and support our Sustainability program. As a business partner, you’ll manage stakeholders, work within an agile framework, and implement our go-to-market approach. This role requires strategic leadership, budget management, a knack for innovation, and the ability to work with ambiguity.
We are happy to consider remote candidates for this role, with expected travel of around 25%

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Strategic Leadership and Business Alignment: Lead the development and execution of product and platform strategies that align with our Supply Chain operations, Sustainability program, and business goals. This includes setting the vision, defining the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders across various departments.
• Product Lifecycle and Quality Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative digital products that enhance our business processes.
• Cross-Functional Team and Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional teams for successful product launches and act as a business partner, managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
• Risk and Ambiguity Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and demonstrate the ability to work with ambiguity, making sound decisions even when complete information is not available.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development, overseeing financial planning, cost management, and ROI analysis.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
• Customer-Centric Design: Have the knowledge or ability to conduct customer journey mapping, persona modeling, and design thinking to understand our customers’ needs and create user-centric designs.
• Value-Driven Delivery: Deliver value-driven digital solutions, requiring a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and user experience understanding.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile practices and principles, able to facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote an Agile culture within the team, and drive continuous improvement to Agile processes.
• Product Leadership: Partially responsible for defining the strategic product roadmap. This involves working with cross-functional stakeholders in business functions and IT to develop a clear vision for the digital product that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Knowledge and Experience

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, orclosely related field
• Demonstrated experience in food and beverage, CPG, medical, or commercial softwareindustries
• 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering IT products and platforms, including thoseleveraging AI, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of IT product development lifecycle and project management methodologies,with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change, and experience in leading the development and execution of comprehensive product and platform strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Experience with Advanced Data & Analytics.
Preferred:
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and software development processes.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Advanced knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks, with experience indeveloping and managing budgets for product and platform development.
• Knowledge or ability to conduct customer journey mapping, persona modeling, design thinking, and value-driven design. Experience with AI-driven design.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$148,880.00 - $223,320.00
