PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich’s is growing our Demand Creation Service Line delivery team. We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our IT delivery team to support Rich Product’s corporate global growth strategy.  Our teams are focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales and Marketing capabilities.  In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at WHQ to create new solutions.

 

This Sr. Programmer Analyst role reports to the Demand Creation Service Line organization and is responsible for the delivery and support of Sales and Marketing solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise. 
 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Provides support and new capability builds for our Sales and Marketing teams through a combination of our Salesforce CRM Platform, Microsoft Azure Data Environment and other purchased and/or custom developed applications as well as building integrations with other Rich’s solutions.  While skills in these areas are preferrable, our team prioritizes and seeks problem solvers with a demonstrated continual learning mind-set over subject matter expertise. 
  • Works with Business Partners to determine business needs, identify system requirements and foster strong customer relations within your area of responsibility and provide regular status updates to users and IS Management regarding initiatives. 
  • Member of an agile delivery team and works to build a strong bond with team members as Rich’s has long living digital product teams
  • Developing or configuring applications in day to day activities, the core applications and development platforms consist of Salesforce, Azure custom applications, and cloud storage solutions
  • Works with the team’s product owner and scrum master to build and execute user stories aimed at building new feature functionality supporting Rich’s Sales and Marketing applications
  • Effectively communicates ideas, thoughts, and technical concepts in a digestible format to leadership and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Works in a globally distributed and culturally diverse team in multiple time zones.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application development/configuration, deployment and/or systems integration involving multiple teams and initiatives; CRM and Salesforce Platform experience is a plus
  • Experience working with API/web services using REST, automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium and querying databases using SQL is preferred
  • Exposure to cloud technology within Microsoft Azure Environment is preferred
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies such as the Scaled Agile Framework and DevOps concepts to build, test and deploy applications fast, often & automated is desirable
  • Strong PC Skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration technologies such as MS Teams and WebEx
  • Ability to build close relationships with senior business leaders
  • Ability to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills allowing you to present confidently to your team and other stakeholders within the delivery program
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to the point of being able to help coach team members
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
  •  Willingness to Travel (up to 10% of time)
