PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich Products is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our progressive Information Security Team!

We are looking for people who love to learn, who have a passion for a cybersecurity career and take the initiative to make this happen. This role will monitor our computer networks for security issues, install security software, and document breaches. The candidate will have the ability to analyze, recommend, develop, implement and maintain systems and processes that protect Rich's information.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Key duties include:

  • Define, upgrade, implement and manage a variety of security measures and controls
  • Collaborate and consult with cross functional teams, advising on best practices to protect Rich’s assets against unauthorized access, modification or destruction
  • Lead and recommend architectural changes to our network, intrusion detection, and prevention systems
  • Recommend and install information security tools and countermeasures

 

Key technical skills should include:

  • Proven experience with vulnerability management tools such as Nessus Tenable
  • Knowledge in supporting security within an Office 365 / Windows Azure / AWS hosted environments
  • Ability to program using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, PHP or other programming language– you can’t analyze what you don’t understand
  • A Solid understanding of TCP/IP, computer networking, routing and switching
  • Experience with Identity and access management (IAM) or privileged account management (PAM) systems
  • An understanding of the risks and benefits of cloud computing and using a 3rd party to remotely store, manage and process an organization’s data

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Cyber Security with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Will consider Associates Degree in relevant field with 8 or more years of experience
  • One or more of the following certifications desired: CISA, CISSP, CISM
