PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich’s is growing our global S/4HANA Transformation Office delivery team.  We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product’s corporate global growth strategy.  Our team is focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our ERP and supply chain capabilities.  In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at WHQ to create new solutions. 

 

The Senior Manager of Applications (SAP) reports to the SAP Transformation IS Program Director and will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and coordinating the program activities of the SAP System environment and associated Business Software Applications through support of best practices. This includes managing a team of functional associates, consultants, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring that the SAP system aligns with Rich’s business processes and objectives.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Supervise and guide a team of SAP functional team members, providing direction and support throughout the project.
  • Foster a cooperative and productive working environment within the IT team.
  • Collaborate with SAP implementation partners/vendors to ensure project milestones are met and internal IT engagement with partners.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and other Digital service line teams as well as user community to ensure successful and timely capturing of business requirements.
  • Lead/Support prototyping, functional design, cross-module integration, and guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible, including reviewing business processes and system integration challenges.
  • Make sure SAP out of the box (global template) is adhered to and need to validate/address any deviations.
  • Identify capabilities, tools, standards, and best practices necessary to meet functional area objectives, emerging issues, and future needs.
  • Work with the Enterprise Architects and the business to successfully perform gap analysis for complex projects and to translate the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications.
  • Utilize industry best practices to analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, implement, and manage enterprise architecture, its associated contents, and data supporting ERP migration across multi-functional domain areas.
     

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP
  • Minimum of one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA green field implementation experience desired
  • Excellent hands-on SAP ERP skills 
  • Experience working in a global environment with localization requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud-based integration, BTP, and Fiori is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of software development, governance, and project management in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Food services or CPG industry experience preferred 
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as needed (National and International)

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$136,055.54 - $204,083.31
