With innovation comes new technology that drives these efforts and we are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Content & Data Management Tools (MDM, PIM), Cloud based solutions/platforms, system integration from data source to target systems, and other marketing enablement platforms.

Although this role sits within our Digital Marketing team, you will work with Information Systems counterparts and the sales/marketing teams across our US/Canada based product categories. Your role will be to ensure the sales and marketing teams have access to the data in the most efficient manner while ensuring the systems run smoothly on the backend.


  • Configure and administer the MDM/PIM applications including data governance/quality configuration, technical security tasks to maintain users, add new attributes/fields and configure technical workflows.
  • Build new and maintain system hierarchies.
  • Design and lead system integrations for other marketing owned platforms/applications aligned with regional digital strategy roadmap
  • Maintain and expand the data model in the MDM/PIM Tool sets across product and customer domains.
  • Manage technical tool upgrades including testing, deployment and training.
  • Coordinate integration of backbone components (i.e.; transport such as TIBCO or network) issues with IT
  • Design integration solutions for source & target software applications (i.e. SAP, CRM).  Evaluate and recommend package software solutions consistent with systems architecture.
  • Work with Master Data Governance Leader and Data Analysts to determine business needs and system & integration requirements. 
  • Monitor/manage system performance of the MDM/PIM application tool & troubleshoot/resolve integrations with dependent platforms.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or relevant field
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant IT experience required, experience supporting digital marketing ideal
  • Experience in a data architecture, data integration, and data base management
  • Experience with MDM/PIM/Marketing Automation tools, and data integration tools
  • Business knowledge of the Demand Creation, Order to Cash and CRM Processes. Technology (system), Business process and System implementation experience required 
  • Experience owning end-to-end cycle to: Coordinate with business to document requirements, create technical design documents, code, release deployments, adhere to tech standards.
  • Good understanding of data relationships and data modeling concepts, Hierarchies, Classifications, Data Profiling and completeness

Travel up to 20% of the time (primarily for conferences and training)
