PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich’s is growing our global SAP delivery team, and we are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our IT delivery team to support Rich Product’s corporate global growth strategy.  

Our teams are focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our ERP and supply chain capabilities.  In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at WHQ to create new solutions.

This Systems Analyst role reports to the SAP S/4 Transformation Office and is responsible for the delivery of the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise. 

This position can be based anywhere within the US.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

In this role, you will provide support and project delivery for SAP Finance including Central Finance and core S4HANA Finance capabilities.

  • Works with Business Partners to determine business needs, identify system requirements and foster strong customer relations within areas of responsibility. Provides regular status updates to users and IS Management regarding projects. 
  • Participating in design and implementation as part of a project/support 
  • Demonstrating deep knowledge of SAP ERP and other common business system platforms.
  • Leveraging practical experience with communicating technical concepts to the business and project teams
  • Develop and deliver SAP Central Finance, FI and CO solutions, analytics, dashboards and KPI metrics.
  • Provide analysis and development support for SAP products and demonstrate capabilities and limitations of SAP products including SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP FI, and SAP CO
  • Functional knowledge of data, processes, integration points with ERP systems and industry best practices for finance processes.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
  • 1-3 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA including hands on experience with S/4 Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as Functional Consultant for a major IT program involving multiple teams and/or projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
  • Experience with the design and enablement of the SAP Fiori UX
  • Experience in S&OP planning cycle to include all aspects of materials management and production planning.
  • Experience in General Ledger, Ledger concepts, Profit Center Accounting & Financial Closing Processes
  • Working knowledge of new asset accounting, asset acquisition, use of internal orders, asset life cycle transactions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the integration of FI with other core supply chain modules (MM, SD, etc)
  • Knowledge of S/4 Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, Finance analytics reporting, dashboards, a plus
  • Strong PC Skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration technologies such as MS Teams and WebEx
  • Ability to build close relationships with senior business leaders
  • Ability to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills allowing you to present confidently to your team and other stakeholders within the delivery program
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to the point of being able to help coach team members
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced result-oriented environment
  • Willingness to Travel (up to 10% of time)
