The Talent Acquisition Intern will have the chance to take a deeper dive in learning all about Talent Acquisition and the Recruitment process. You will find yourself within a dynamic, forward thinking team and help design new tools and ideas to help innovate our process. 

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and driven intern who will be ready to take on projects and responsibilities of their own! 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Aid in designing, developing, and deploying talent acquisition solutions across multiple formats, including materials and guides to enhance our onboarding process. 

  • Assist with current, and researching new, relationships with Universities and student associations 

  • Attract and select candidates for internships across the organization 

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders 

  • Support coordination, communication, and promotional efforts for various initiatives  

  • Research and report out on current trends, best practices, and recommendations for talent acquisition 

  • Support the Director of Talent Acquisition and partner closely with Recruiters 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress, with an interest in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition

  • Excels in and comfortable working in a fully virtual and collaborative team environment 

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications 

  • Experience with multimedia development and social media tools/applications 

  • Excellent communication skills
