Purpose Statement

This position is responsible for the data management, data visualization, reporting, and analytics of ROAR Logistics OTR Brokerage and Intermodal Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to deliver actionable data and insights for cost savings, and process improvement solutions that support our organizational goals.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

•    Take ownership of ROAR's data management strategy, governance, and execution.
•    Leverage internal and other teams to gain access to and connect data sources.
•    Drive reporting automation and improve data visualization. 
•    Build dashboards and visuals in Power BI that drive operational improvements
•    Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings for senior leadership in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
•    Gather, consolidate, prepare and/or validate data for analysis. Relate findings to key stakeholders to drive cost savings and process improvements across all divisions. 
•    Assist with the successful execution of special projects and rollouts to divisions and offices. 
•    Assist in development of process improvement programs; collaborate with internal teams across all divisions and offices to identify opportunities.
•    Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

•    BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related Logistics field is a preferred. High School Diploma is required.
•    Knowledge of 3rd party logistics, specifically transportation brokerage and domestic intermodal rail preferred.
•    Must have exceptional analytical and data management skills
•    Must be able to source, manipulate, format, report and analyze the data, and then confidently make data-derived decisions.
•    Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Visio, Outlook and skills using visualization and dashboarding applications (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
 

 

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$55,704.00 - $75,364.00
