PURPOSE STATEMENT

Development and on-boarding of profitable new business opportunities for Rail, Ocean, Air, and Truckload (Road) divisions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Develop, cultivate and maintain working relationships with current account base
  • Expand account base, increase revenues and improve profitability
  • Thorough knowledge of all divisions, working with other senior management to ensure sales goals are being met
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies for customer base
  • Coordinate the complete sales cycle process including prospect list initiation, lead generation, prospect qualification, analysis, pricing, proposal preparation and presentation, start-up and customer service follow-up after the sale

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary education in business. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven change management capabilities
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills to include presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of ROAR’s P&L
  • Demonstrated overall success with initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Excel; Power Point; Outlook.
  • Knowledge of logistics industry

 

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$154,000.00 - $257,000.00
