PURPOSE STATEMENT

Leads the specific OCM & Communication strategies for the global implementation of SAP S/4HANA.   Accountable for strategy development and deployment through planning, execution, and post go-live support activitiesPromotes transformational change across functions, businesses, and geographic locations.

Creates an environment that fosters transformational change and inspires the organization to create tomorrow with a consistent, powerful narrative. Develops and executes strategies to promote engagement, transparency, and Enterprise mindset across the organization to change the way we work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

S/4Hana OCM:

  • Accountable for overall S/4Hana global business transformation OCM roadmap inclusive of all end-to-end workstreams, key stakeholders and function leaders to ensure plans and objectives are understood and clearly communicated.
  • Ensures effective change management plans and training exists relative to new processes or platforms across all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for overall collaboration and communication plans with Global Process Owners/Function Leaders, project leaders (Region & BU), IS Project Leaders, Service Lines, Process Team, Global Program etc.
  • Creates clear OCM and Communication tenants to drive effective decision making and changes to promote:
    • Customer obsession
    • Simple, Standard, Global.
    • Act Local, Be Global, strategy.
    • Culture Shifts
    • Agile organization.
  • Localizes OCM & Communication strategies based on unique market needs to ensure successful adoption. Ensures localized OCM connects and reinforces the broader Enterprise narrative & strategy.  
  • Create and deploy a powerful S/4Hana narrative to drive organizational awareness, desire, and understanding of the opportunity to create tomorrow. Responsibilities span presentation decks, formal written communication, and innovative, non-traditional communication methods. Leverages existing internal tools (e.g. My Development/Rich University) to promote OCM execution.
  • Advise on core and extended team dynamics and recommend improvements to uphold a transparent culture that challenges the status quo.
  • Establish effective working relationships with third party partners i.e. SAP, system integration account teams to ensure all parties are working harmoniously, resolving conflict, and ensuring common strategic goals.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting OCM on large scale enterprise initiatives and transformational change.
  • Broad business acumen with strong Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology understanding.
  • Familiar with common technology concepts and related OCM challenges (e.g. upskilling)
  • Relationship management
  • Expert in change management methodologies (i.e. ADKAR) with large-scale global programs
  • Strong leadership capabilities, influence, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic communication planning capabilities and tactical execution skills with the ability to develop compelling and clear messaging and provide leadership communication support through effective writing and presentation/talking point development.
  • Enterprise business expertise across a breadth of disciplines and business processes.
  • Ability to work across markets, divisions, and functions to influence change across the organization without formal authority.
  • Ability to engage internal business stakeholders and team members at all levels of the organization and can present ideas and concepts to senior leaders.
  • Capability to understand and analyze complex problems and develop clear proposals depicting solutions.
  • Effectively transition between strategy and execution, as needed.

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$116,255.70 - $174,383.55
