PURPOSE STATEMENT
Do you like to shake things up a bit? Not have the same route every month of the year?
As a Carvel Relief Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. This route isn't an assigned route as you will be working various routes depending on the need for a particular area.
This is an hourly position eligible for overtime, trimester bonuses, great benefits and will be required to work 50-55 hours/week and starting as early as 3:30am and will require more than 50% travel, including overnight.

Simply put, qualified, hardworking people such as yourself. Relief Route Sales Delivery Representatives are full-time positions that are responsible for selling and delivering Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck.
Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service and in-store merchandising execution.
Relief Route Sales Representative's hours of work vary by assigned route. Start times can begin as early as 3:00 am. A typical workday includes 10-15 stops
Compensation: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $24 - $25 / hour . The actual compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is Rich Products good faith belief at the time of this posting
Additional Information: This role includes overtime based on business need as well as a potential bonus paid out in quarterly increments.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
What do you need?
- Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first
- Minimally 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record– we will be checking
- Servicing our customers is tough work, and you will need to be able to climb in and out of the truck and carry goods that can weigh up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent work experience
- A CDL-B permit is preferred prior to start. The fee will be reimbursed 30 days after you start and have obtained your CDL-B license (which we also pay for). Do you already have this? Great, that is even better! Ultimately a CDL-B will be needed to perform the essential function of the role, but if you don’t have it we can help you get there.
- Previous DSD experience is a bonus

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$45,626.00 - $61,730.00
