f’real, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rich Products Corporation, designs, sells, and markets authentic milkshakes, smoothies, and frappes all made from real ingredients – ice cream, fruit, milk, and coffee.  f’real f’natics freshly blend our delicious products in our patented blender in almost 20,000 locations across the globe. f’realies (aka employees) have one purpose – to create happiness in a cup for people everywhere by blending delicious flavors with magical moments.

Meet Your Job

The Associate Marketing Manager – Brand is responsible for developing and executing our product marketing plans.  In close partnership with their manager, they’ll plan future product launches including adjustments to the core product portfolio, the introduction of limited time offerings and the extension into new product territories. The Associate Marketing Manager stays abreast of food trends and conducts research to better understand our consumers’ wants and needs.  They will lead and partner closely with cross functional teams to drive product marketing plans effectively. They also ensure that all tactics combine to promote a consistent message to our consumers and maintain brand equities. The Associate Marketing Manager develops product sell sheets, plan-o-grams and other product-related sales materials, and distributes to internal resources for sales enablement.

 

Marketing Plans: 

  • Contribute to the process of building the annual Marketing Plans.
  • Share plans with the Marketing & Sales organization. 
  • Support the sales team in sharing our consumer marketing plans with retailers.
  • Contribute to the process of building the annual Business Review.

Project Management: 

  • Support go-to-market strategies and communication to the field in collaboration with Retail, Consumer, Sales, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Support opportunities to help the Sales and Customer Support Center to communicate the value of f’real. Collateral support includes: writing case studies, one sheets, gathering information across teams.

Business Analysis: 

  • Thoroughly analyze product performance and understand what’s performing well / poorly and why.  Capture best practices and widely share learnings.  
  • Initiate project analyses and use a variety of data sources to analyze relevant business situations to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Remain intellectually curious. Attend conferences, talk with current and prospective agency partners and read articles that inform your approach to respective projects.

Administrative: 

  • Manage the product marketing budget and forecast. 
  • True up spend on a monthly basis so that we allocate funding efficiently.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods, food service and/or retail 
  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • MBA preferred
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Convenience store and/or food service experience a plus

  • Innovation / Creativity: Driven by intellectual curiosity, stays abreast of food and packaging trends; generates new ideas; leads learnings, captures best practices and develops new approaches for communicating with consumers

Job Requirements:

Some level of travel required for field visits, customer meetings, company meetings, conferences and research (less than 20%)
