  • In collaboration with sales and marketing, lead the conceptualization, design and production of effective, creative solutions for customer touch points that communicate brand identity, inform, and persuade an audience including packaging, POS, web, email, videos, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Direct and supervise internal/external design projects and campaigns as needed. Act as the brand point-person for consistency in brand identity and design execution.
  • Create all foodservice assets including photographing and producing videos in addition to design work.
  • Work with customers and vendors to plan, create and develop design materials needed for events, promotions and programs.
  • Interface with internal and external departments to establish and improve design processes.
  • BA in Graphic Design or directly related field, (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 4+ years of experience at a creative or ad agency, graphic design firm or in-house creative department.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, PowerPoint. After Effects a plus!
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout and brand identity principles.
  • Experience developing photographic and digital assets.
  • Is a FAST designer.  Gets thing done quickly and efficiently, and is very organized.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and print production process and issues such as file set up, color reproduction, offset print restrictions, die lines, etc.
  • Ability to lead a project from concept to completion and handle multiple, competing projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience and appreciation for collaborating and working with a team.
  • Web, social and email experience required.
