PURPOSE STATEMENT

Meet f’real

f’real, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rich Products Corporation, designs, sells and markets authentic milkshakes, smoothies and other frozen beverage all made from real ingredients. f’real f’natics freshly blend our delicious products in our patented blender in almost 20,000 locations across the globe.  f’realies (aka employees) have one purpose – to create happiness in a cup for people everywhere by blending delicious flavors with magical moments!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with independent customer accounts and distributors.
  • Partners closely with the Regional Sales Manager to prioritize and strategize ways in which to optimize customer conversion.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. 
  • Utilizes a variety of retailer discounts and incentives to drive profitable sales volume and tracks spending to ensure positive f’real ROIs.  
  • Evaluates and pursues opportunities for current customers to upgrade their f’real equipment.
  • Develops relationships with distributors to maximize equipment sales and optimize the management of f’real’s customer base. 
  • Recommends equipment (new and upgrade), products and solutions, including finance programs, to best address customer and distributor needs. 
  • Works with Regional Sales Managers and Food Service Sales Managers to coordinate resources for securing and managing new prospects. 
  • Attends trade shows to sell in the f’real program to new customers, and expand current customers locations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Help Us Meet You

  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • PC and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Salesforce experience, or equivalent, strongly preferred
  • Ambitious and proactive 
  • Can-do attitude and good sense of humor
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive, influence, and operate in a fast-paced,entrepreneurial environment
