Meet Your Job

As part of f’real’s operations team, you will be working with our co-packers, suppliers, and distribution centers to ship and track raw materials as well as maintain finished goods inventory. f’real is not a manufacturing plant, nor is this a warehouse or logistics role.  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create sales and purchase orders, process invoices, and receive POs in SAP 
  • Reconcile finished goods and packaging inventory 
  • Determine packaging requirements and coordinate shipments 
  • Execute transfers for ingredients and packaging 
  • Communicate weekly with co-packers and discuss any issues or concerns 
  • Record damage adjustments and order changes 
  • Determine, issue, and adjust warehouse replenishment orders as necessary to support business needs 
  • Send weekly order reports to distribution centers, co-packers, and carriers 
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Suppliers, Quality, and Finance 
  • Respond quickly when issues arise 
  • Help with other responsibilities as needed to support the team 
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations and inventory control required 
  • Strong communication and follow up skills, both verbal and written 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel experience 
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems 
  • Detail-orientated, analytical and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload 
  • High sense of urgency; proactive and motivated
