About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies and expansion in the Food Service Channel and the acceleration of f’real’s market presence in the Northeast.  As the voice of the customer and marketplace and in strong partnership with Sales and Marketing, the RSM will play a pivotal role in diversifying f’real’s market visibility through new segments and channels. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in foodservice by executing on our strategic go to market plan and successfully selling the f’real proposition to multiple segments.
  • Expand opportunities in Fast Casual, Eatertainment, QSR, Hospitality and Food Service.
  • Develop new channels like entertainment and QSR’s.
  • Network with industry leaders, Rich’s, distributor and tradeshow opportunities to foster leads across all new channel segments. 
  • Execute a territory plan to drive the expansion of existing f’real products into new markets.
  • Able to drive a results and customer-centric culture, defined by a passion for providing exceptional high-touch customer experience.
  • Create market segmentation and channel management strategy, resulting in increased brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
  • Identify and analyze competitor and market trends, apply appropriate risk analyses to identify innovative revenue growth opportunities.
  • Deliver the voice of the customer to develop efficiencies in equipment, product and quality development.



  • 5+ years of Food Service sales experience
  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in Communications or related field 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Can-do attitude and good sense of humor
  • Passionate, well organized and tenacious  
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong opinions
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial environment - can be scrappy, creative and resourceful while also building structure and process. Adept at Microsoft Office.  Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.
  • Does not accept “no”.  Excels at problem solving and finding win-win solutions for everyone.


Job Requirements:

  • 50-70% travel for customer meetings, company meetings and trade shows 
  • Should live/work in the Northeast territory
