Purpose Statement

The Housekeeper will perform various housekeeping duties for multiple homes and structures on the property. Must be able to start mid-March and work though September. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and weekends and overnights as needed.

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures

  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks

  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area Making beds and changing linens

  • Washing windows

  • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs

  • Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors

  • Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry

  • Ironing clothing items

  • Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools

  • Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies

  • Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces

  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste

  • Steaming and cleaning draperies

  • Washing blinds

  • Tidying up rooms

  • Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed

  • Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements

  • Assistance with meal preparation and clean up as required

  • Dog walking

  • Other duties as needed

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of working knowledge and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms to varying levels to meet requirements

  • Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment

  • Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs

  • Listening skills to make sure that meeting the needs of the clients for cleanliness and sanitation standards

  • Good customer service skills

  • Reliability

  • Organizational skills

  • Integrity and honesty

  • High energy levels

  • Work well in a team environment and independently.

  • Comfortable working with dogs and cats

  • Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:00pm and weekends and overnights as needed

  • Must have a driver’s license with reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$15.00 - $20.00
