Purpose Statement

Rich Products is seeking an exceptional and hands-on Global Lead, Transformation to architect and drive our enterprise-wide Process Excellence transformation agenda. This role blends strategic vision with day-to-day operational execution—leading process optimization – and Governance, Agile enterprise enablement, SAP transformation support, and cultural change across global markets.

The ideal candidate is a practitioner at heart: a transformation leader who not only defines enterprise process models but also builds them, deploys them using tools like Signavio, and embeds sustainable, high-impact ways of working through rigorous change management. 

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Enterprise Process Excellence & Governance

· Define, operationalize, and lead the global process excellence strategy, using Signavio as the foundation for enterprise process design, standardization, and continuous improvement.

· Build and manage an enterprise process governance framework that supports digital transformation, performance KPIs, and business accountability across all functions and geographies.

· Drive end-to-end process visibility and maturity, aligning operations with evolving business needs, regulatory standards, and digital capability roadmaps.

Transformation Program Execution

· Act as transformation lead or workstream owner for major enterprise programs—including SAP S/4HANA, Smart Factory, and Digital Workplace—ensuring that process, people, and systems are holistically aligned.

· Own execution of complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to impact: blueprinting, operating model design, value realization, and sustainability planning.

· Interface with senior business leaders and functional teams to translate strategy into scalable transformation plans.

Lean & Agile Ways of Working

· Embed Lean principles and Agile delivery models at the core of enterprise execution—from the factory floor to the front office.

· Coach teams on backlog management, sprint discipline, and flow efficiency while designing governance cadences that reinforce agile operations.

· Lead enterprise value stream mapping efforts to identify waste, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

· Architect and drive change management strategies that build global sponsorship, activate change networks, and prepare the organization for step-change transformation.

· Deliver communications, training, and behavioral reinforcement strategies that ensure lasting adoption of new ways of working.

· Serve as the cultural catalyst and transformation ambassador, connecting frontline teams with executive intent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


· 12+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise transformation, Lean/Agile deployment, or global operational excellence.

· Deep hands-on expertise in Signavio for process design, documentation, and governance.

· Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region programs (e.g., ERP/SAP, digital factory, business model transformation).

· Strong command of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), and enterprise PMO structures.

· Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) and enterprise engagement models.

· High executive presence with the humility and drive to engage directly with teams across all levels of the organization.

· Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix environments.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$146,100.00 - $243,500.00
