Purpose Statement
The Stadium Operations Manager will lead the Black Bears Operations to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with team policies, local laws, lease provisions as well as league requirements. Be the liaison with WVU on all stadium matters, WVU baseball plans, shared fund. Direct team/equipment operations to meet annual goals.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Game day staffing/management/payroll (WVBB seasonal, EMS, security, etc.)
- Event management and field rentals
- Develop operations plans and track operations expenses
- Sell/trade sponsorship to new and existing vendors and partners
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and game day ops with WVU Baseball
- Maintain working relationships with government offices and vendors
- Assist in team operations (equipment, operations, field schedule, etc.)
- Assist in any facility-related operations (winterizing the ballpark, setup for non-game day events, off-season projects, snow removal, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- High school or GED with 2+ years of stadium and grounds operations experience.
- Proven ability to stay organized, meet deadlines and manage people.
- A general understanding of the rules and current events in the game of baseball.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to anticipate/adapt and make recommendations based upon the needs of the organization.
- Proficient knowledge of stadium operations and equipment.
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work extended hours due to the nature of the position

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$38,250.00 - $51,750.00
