Purpose Statement

  • Warehouse Operations Clerk duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to the warehouse department to ensure efficient daily operation. This position supports leadership and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and is responsible for maintaining confidential and time-sensitive material. Also needed are excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.
  • This position will work Monday-Thursday and Sundays. This is a 1st shift position.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Detail oriented with a safety-first mindset.
  • Coach individuals on safe working practices.
  • Audit SSOPs for accuracy and maintain adherence to the procedures.
  • Perform various authorized training to individuals who need it.
  • Inventory management to include metric management and ordering all supplies, tools, chemicals in a timely manner and monitor supply needs to ensure no shortages.
  • Oversite of empty drum recycling.
  • Create and manage Kleanz program documentation.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all Rich Products policies and procedures with applicants, vendors, and staff.
  • Administrative support for department including heavy calendar management, associate document management, PowerPoint presentations, and training coordination.
  • Process monthly expense reports for department credit card purchases and submit them in a timely manner.
