f’real foods is a fast-growing company that designs, sells, and markets authentic milkshakes, smoothies, and frozen cappuccino blended frozen beverages — all made from real ingredients – ice cream, fruit, milk, and coffee – with our proprietary blender. Consumers freshly blend our products in our patented blender found in over 19,000 locations across the US and Canada, at convenience stores, colleges & universities, theaters, and military bases. Here in Lee’s Summit, MO, our Customer Support Center works with our consumers, customers and other f’realies to ensure our program is the best it can be. We are passionate about what we do, and we also believe work should (and can) be fun.

 

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator ensures the accurate, timely, and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, verifying documentation maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting operational workflows to meet customer and organizational requirements, The position serves as a key link between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to guarantee smooth material flow and compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Coordinate Incoming and Outgoing Shipments;
Ensure all shipments are tracked and processed accurately and on time.

 

Pull and Stage Equipment orders;
Retrieve equipment from inventory and stage it for shipment according to schedule and specifications
Collaberate with Inventory Asset team
Work closely with Inventory and Asset team to confirm all orders are shipped on the designated dates

 

Verify Documentaion and Accuracy;
Check shipment documents, packing list, and system entries for correctness.

 

Work With Equipment Support Team;
Assist with refurbishment of Blenders and preparation of tradeshow equipment to ensure readiness for shipment.

 

Maintain Inventory Records;
Update systems to reflect shipped and received equipment items promptly,

 

Inspect shipments;
Confirm quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods, reporting discrepancies as needed.

 

Other;

Assist fulfillment team with pulling and packaging orders in time of need.
Provide exceptional support to sale team, call center, and fulfillment teams.
Assist in inventory counts of spare parts and equipment,
Maintain a safe and clean work area and perform periodic maintenance.
Assist with projects that may include light fabrication and design work.
Follow all company, local, state and federal safety, and quality regulations.
Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
Other duties as requested by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We’re looking for a highly-motivated and conscientious person who is passionate about consumer products and equipment. You should have excellent communication skills with a great customer support background. You should be comfortable taking initiative, working independently and as a team.  You will be an integral member of a small, very tight knit working team.  Teamwork, an enthusiastic can-do attitude and a sense of humor will be essential.

•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    Excellent communication skills and pleasant manner
•    Prior customer service experience preferred
•    Prior assembly experience or technical background
•    Flexible and calm under pressure
•    Great problem-solving/investigative skills
•    Fantastic interpersonal skills
•    Team oriented individual; cooperative and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Excellent computer skills
•    Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
•    Fork lift experience preferred but training will be provided

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$37,138.00 - $50,246.00
