Purpose Statement

Rich Products has embarked on an exciting journey to transform our core operating system (S/4HANA) and processes to reimagine the way we work with new digital capabilities and simplified, standardized processes. The Finance Department is growing and is currently seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to join our team! In this role you will effectively support the Galileo (S/4HANA) transformation program. This role is responsible for driving the design and implementation of our financial reporting in S/4HANA including SAP and non-SAP digital toolsets. The role will continue to drive continuous improvement and execution of our long-term reporting strategy post Galileo wrap-up.

 

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

1. Liaise effectively with Global Accounting, Finance, and program stakeholders to support transformation objectives.

2. Partner with the transformation team on strategy and reporting roadmap.

3. Liaise with data owners to ensure continuity across our data and reporting models.

4. Collaborate with global colleagues to foster an enterprise mindset.

5. Provide advice, analysis, and counsel, including best practices.

6. Identify improvements in financial processes and systems to drive enhancements in information and analytics.

7. Incorporate smooth data integration, security, and system performance in our future-state design.

8. Standardize and simplify financial reporting globally.

9. Own the design, rollout, and adoption of automated financial reporting that includes legal entity income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows. Also owns the same for management income statements: divisional, geographic, product, plant, etc.

10. Responsible for the successful delivery of gross margin analytics, profitability analytics, including product or customer reporting and analysis.

11. Ensure seamless reporting of actuals with forecasts/budgets.

12. Deliver reporting that provides users with clarity, conciseness, and insight with self-service access.

13. Lead, train, mentor others as required. Champion financial reporting literacy.
 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience

· Functional Competencies

o General Accounting & Reporting

o Financial Analysis

o Business Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

o Process Understanding

o SAP data structures, including effective use of hierarchies

o Reporting governance

o Reporting strategy

o Continuous improvement mindset

· Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

· Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA toolsets (Fiori, SAC, Datasphere, Group Reporting, Analysis for Office, PaPM, etc.)

· Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard and visualization tools

· Understanding of enterprise data designs and platforms

· SAP digital transformation experience, including reporting design

· Strong verbal or written communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with varying levels of management

· Ability to build clear well formatted reports and other presentations.


Preferred:

· MBA or other advanced degree/certification

· International experience

· Project management experience

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$106,265.84 - $159,398.77
