Purpose Statement
The Manager of Business Systems will be responsible for ensuring that all TTT platforms remain operational, accessible and transmit information to/from all TTT business applications properly. The position also requires management of projects and vendor relations and analysis of company workflows and how to implement better business process and technology. .
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Responsible for application platforms (internal and client facing) including:
- Deployment of new/modified functionality to front-end, mid-office and TTT business application platforms
- Project Manage profile and mid-office development projects
- Required to understand “big-picture” and booking workflows to properly plan, test and deploy software solutions
- Platforms include: Microsoft, Apollo/Sabre GDS, GDSX mid office, Online booking tools, Backend SQL Databases, FTP & Tech Ticket System
Technical Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor responsibilities/costs associated with software/hardware projects
Technical Support:
- Respond to application and hardware support tickets
- Required to understand “big-picture” to support all TTT business platform issues
- 24 x 7 availability
Tech Ticket Management:
- Review weekly ticket list with associates to provide consultation
R&D:
- Investigate new technology solutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 -5 years experience in information technology or related field
Thorough knowledge of the following platforms:
- GDS: Apollo, Sabre, GDSX Compete
- Microsoft Windows/Office/SQL Server
- Data Communication Protocols: FTP, Web Services, VoIP
- Development: .NET/Java/SQL Exposure ,MS Access, SabreScript, Pseudo Code (GDSX)
- Virtual Environments: VMware, Citrix
- Hardware: PC’s, routers, firewalls, printers, cabling, cell phones
Professional Qualifications:
- Attentive to details
- Ability to manage development requirements and technical projects
- Ability to identify and lead project teams
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical staff
- Ability to properly respond and trouble-shoot data and booking issues
- Ability to create and maintain vendor relationships
- Understand big picture of organization
- Continuously research technology and determine how it fits long term goals

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$68,680.00 - $92,920.00
