Purpose Statement
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible to manage all aspects of a distribution warehouse that delivers to Rich Products standards in warehouse operations.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Safety first, provide the leadership and resource required to ensure a safe workplace
- Manage labor to maintain a productive and financially efficient operation
- Maintain and work to drive associate engagement through effective practice of the Great Leader Drivers
- Maintain standard of quality through following the RPC Standard Operating Guidelines and meeting audit standards
- Work directly with customers (Internal/External) to ensure facility is meeting expectations
- Responsible to manage all capital planning to support building needs
- Support projects as they arise, both within or outside the facility
- Lead warehouse team by fostering an engaged workforce commited to superior customer service, meeting operational demands and committed to a safe and respectful working environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum of BS degree in Business or Logistics preffered
- Minimum 3 years Logistics experience; distribution/warehouse experience preferred
- Preference will be given to those who have prior management/supervisory experience
- Warehouse management system experience
- Demonstrated planning, organizing and managing skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Effective conflict resolution and facilitation skills
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Proficiency in SAP
- APICS certification preferred

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$82,192.18 - $123,288.27
