Whip Associate - 1st Shift

Support production team by performing various functions associated with our manufacturing production line.


1.     Comply with all applicable safety precautions.           

2.     Comply with all GMP/food safety regulations and general housekeeping.

3.     Monitor, control and record all process control information at required intervals.  (A, B, C, etc.)

4.     Check production schedule for changes and verify that product formulas are correct.

5.     Gather required tools, materials and equipment.

6.     Perform pre-operational inspection and equipment checks.

7.          Set up mixer and related equipment according to formula, recipe and tech boards.

8.          Load ingredients into mixer according to recipe requirements and specifications.

9.          Start the mixer and maintain product flow.

10.      Communicate with all appropriate personnel regarding production variances, issues and concerns.

11.      Clean and store tools and equipment.

12.      Turn in all shift paperwork.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingual a plus
