Purpose Statement
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Inventory Coordinator with a passion for organization and efficiency. In this role, you’ll manage the maintenance department’s inventory and documentation systems, ensuring records, files, and reports are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Procurement & Vendor Management
Create purchase requisitions, track orders, and manage supplier communications using Ariba and SAP.
Partner with MRO buyers and vendors to source parts and materials at competitive prices.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and preferred vendor lists.
Inventory Control
Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts using SAP PM/MM modules.
Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and drive accuracy.
Organize and label parts storage areas following success principles.
Maintenance Support
Collaborate with maintenance technicians to stage parts for planned and unplanned work orders.
Ensure parts availability for preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
Track parts usage and update equipment BOMs (Bill of Materials) in SAP.
Data & Reporting
Generate reports on consumption, lead times, and cost trends using SAP analytics and Excel.
Monitor KPIs such as stockouts, inventory turnover, and procurement cycle time.
Support continuous improvement by analyzing downtime related to parts.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain documentation for all parts transactions including POs, receipts, and usage logs.
Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials in line with safety regulations.
Assist during customer audits and regulatory inspections.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in parts ordering and inventory control.
Proficient in SAP (PM/MM modules), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and operate as part of a self-directed work team.
Awareness of and ability to follow Associate Safety, GMP, and Food Safety guidelines
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$51,496.06 - $69,671.15
