Purpose Statement

We're looking for a proactive and organized Sanitation Clerk who enjoys bringing structure to fast moving operations. If you're energized by coordinating inventory, maintaining accurate records, supporting training and audit readiness, and helping teams stay organized and compliant, this role is for you. As a key support partner to the Sanitation team, you'll help ensure the department has the tools, information, and resources needed to operate safely, efficiently, and successfully.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Create and manage SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), chemical usage records, and pre-operational inspection checklists though KLEANZ.
  • Ensure all sanitation records are legible, fully compliant, and ready for regulatory or internal audits.
  • Document deviations from cleanliness standards and track the corrective actions taken to resolve them.
  • Oversee the execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are assigned and completed.
  • Track inventory levels of detergents, sanitizers, and PPE, placing purchase orders before supplies are depleted.
  • Assist in training sanitation crew members on proper chemical handling, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety requirements.
  • Ensure team members adhere to safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between production, maintenance, and QA teams to address facility hygiene challenges.

 

Schedule

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 

Time: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Shift differential: $1.00

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, GMP, and quality requirements within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

 

Desired:

  • Experience with SAP
  • AA/BA in Chemistry

 

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$25.00 - $27.00
