Job Summary

We’re looking for a visionary Digital Product Solutions Manager to lead the charge in transforming our global equipment platforms for our f’real business. If you’re passionate about driving innovation and crafting exceptional digital experiences, we want you on our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that meet business needs. You will partner with our engineering and product management teams to provide strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of these solutions. You will analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that align with business goals. You will bring your project management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital solution development and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions, by designing and launching connected equipment product platforms that reshape the future of frozen blended beverages and other labor-saving food & beverage creation
• Craft digital experiences through the creation of compelling consumer experiences on our connected equipment platforms, consumer apps and customer portals that redefine how we engage with our consumers and how our customers manage their equipment and improve program performance
• Analyze business requirements and recommend digital solutions to meet those requirements, ensuring features that fuel future growth of the platform
• Use data to enhance equipment uptime and reliability
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external), to ensure alignment of digital solutions with business goals
• Manage relationships with technology partners that help develop our digital product solutions.    
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and trends
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
• Ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, and meet regulatory requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in digital solution analysis and design
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital solutions
• Strong understanding of embedded devices, IoT, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud services
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, cloud computing, and data analytics
• Proven experience of delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences
• Strong project management skills working with internal and external team members
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams from a technical perspective
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$149,840.00 - $224,760.00
