Job Summary
The SAP Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timelines. This position will work closely with the Program Directors, cross-functional teams, stakeholders and business resources to streamline processes and drive organizational efficiency. This role requires a high degree of organization, diligence and technical acumen.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting to the project leadership team
• Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and client including facilitating regular project update meetings, risks/issue discussions, etc.
• Tracking project progress in cooperation with work stream leadership and PMO, identifying potential issues, and reporting to the project leadership team
• Maintaining and updating project tracking tools and systems.
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules in cooperation with work stream leadership and PMO
• Ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Tracking project risks and issues following the established risk & issue management plans
• Ensuring proper project documentations including Functional specs, SOPs and other project deliverables
• Managing contractor on-boarding process
• Contributing to the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• 5-7 years of experience of coordinating IT projects/programs focused on global ERP implementations or rollouts (eg. SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.); PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Self-motivated and highly organized

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$105,102.50 - $142,197.50
