Job Summary
The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex AI based software solutions built on advanced platforms, such as Palantir Foundry. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The SeniorAI Engineer is also responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the applications, as well as staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Design and develop software applications on advanced platforms, such as Palantir Foundry
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
• Integrate machine learning models into operational workflows
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
• Develop data pipelines, ontologies, and operational decision-support applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
- 5-7 years software engineering experience, including AI/ML systems
- Significant hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Code Repositories, Contour, Workshop, Ontology, etc.)
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing, data engineering, and model deployment
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React
- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps
- Proven experience designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications
- Deep problem-solving and systems thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$135,932.00 - $183,908.00
