Job Summary

The IT Senior Application Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, Commercial and Finance team members and across multiple functional areas where solutions integrate across business process areas to deliver business solutions. This person will apply SAP leading practices to support business requirements including solution designs that protect the integrity of our ERP landscape inclusive of non-SAP systems.

 

The IT Senior Application Analyst will have SAP application knowledge and system expertise within the Sales/Commercial processes. On an on-going basis this role will work with IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements/specifications, propose to the senior technical team the solution options with high level work estimates for implementation.

 

The IT Senior Analyst is recognized as a subject matter expert within sales and distribution domain and will possess basic project management skills and the ability to lead small projects in implementation of new solutions and or business processes as well as be an active contributor on larger scale projects. This person needs to be able to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to design solutions that are adequate and compliant with IT strategies and frameworks.

 

We are happy to consider remote candidates for this role, with the expectation of working east coast hours.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Translating business needs to functional requirements while ensuring SAP leading practices are applied within the procurement domain.

• Works semi-independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

• Lead medium sized projects as well as complex solutions, inclusive of development of Work Breakdown Structure and resource management.

• Interprets internal or external business requirements/issues and recommends innovative solutions.

• Assess, review and document detailed solution options with an eye toward cross functional application and/or business process impacts.

• Presenting work for review in structured walkthrough presentations of application systems to/with IT team members and business users during various stages of the system lifecycle process.

• Providing functional/technical expertise - building design documents, presenting proposals, preparing functional specifications, configuration and end to end testing.

• Collaborating with IT Senior Analysts/solution architects/software vendors on business solutions, architecture strategy, roadmaps, standards and governance.

• Keeping up to date on SAP leading practices within sales and distribution.

• Working with remote teams both business and IT across multiple geographies.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

• 7+ years of total IT project delivery experience, of which 5+ years include working as a subject matter expert within the SAP Order to cash (order management, ATP, Pricing, Trade, delivery, billing and FI integration areas on large SAP ERP implementations. At least 2 global template projects.

• 5+ years of SAP ERP implementation experience in Food or Consumer Packaged Goods industries with functional expertise and strong business acumen in multiple SAP functional disciplines.

• Experience and knowledge of SAP integration technologies (BTP integration, Core Interface, iDoc, Webservices, EDI etc.).

• SAP ECC and S4 experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide updates and present/communicate various organizational levels such as business SMEs, Managers, Director and VP levels; adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners.

• Knowledge of SAP system modules and business processes within a specific process area (Sales and Distribution, Trade systems, TM integration, Record to Report etc.).

• Ability to collaborate with a global team ad collaborate at all levels. Strong people management skills including delegation, motivation and conflict management capabilities.

• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages.

• Proficient in Office, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint. Advanced Excel analytic capability.

• Experience in working in LATAM market (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia) or countries with complex legal requirements and government interfaces is preferred.

• Spanish and/or Portuguese and/or Mandarin preferred.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$99,734.58 - $134,935.03
