Job Summary

The Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing Applications, is responsible for leading the strategic planning, design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that support manufacturing operations across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP applications align with business goals and deliver measurable value. The Senior Manager provides leadership to a team of analysts and consultants, driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in SAP technologies and processes.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Lead the solutioning and implementation of SAP Manufacturing modules, providing both functional and technical expertise. • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP solutions. • Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance are met.

• Deliver training and process support to end users, enhancing adoption and operational efficiency. • Manage application support and issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Ensure accurate master data management and transaction master data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and change management. • Stay current with SAP best practices and integrate them into development and testing methodologies.

• Leverage SAP Fiori applications to improve user experience and operational workflows.

• Ability to travel to USA and other countries at least 40% is required.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• 7 – 10+ years of experience as an SAP S/4 Manufacturing and Process Production • Strong knowledge of Activate methodology and industry best practices • End-to-end SAP S/4HANA green field implementation experience desired

• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and FI/CO functions

• Experience with leading a team of functional analysts and external consultants

• Experience working in global environments with an understanding of localization and compliance requirements • Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex application issues

• Experience with MES integration, label printer, and RF Devices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Food services or CPG industry experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$147,840.00 - $221,760.00
