PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Sanitation Supervisor oversees a unit responsible for monitoring and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the facility. This position is 8 hours five days a week from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am Sunday through Thursday. The starting wage for this position is $22.00 per hour.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
- Supports plant sanitation activities to ensure all plant equipment is clean and safe for production.
- Ensures the team’s compliance with all standard sanitation operating procedures.
- Supports compliance with the Plant’s Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Supports training and coaching for all associates and provides feedback to management on performance issues on a timely basis.
- Supports the pest control program, including escorting the pest control employee through the plant to ensure they periodically check traps as necessary.
- Complies with GMP, Food Safety, Sanitation Work Instructions and procedures throughout the production department and other plant areas and reports to management any issues immediately.
- Reports any missing or damaged equipment, guards, or unsafe equipment to management immediately.
- Reports any Accidents/Incidents to management immediately.
- Reports any Harassment or Hostile Work environment to management and Human Resources immediately.
- Follows all PPE requirements and follows all safety policies.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year or more of supervisory experience is required.
- Previous experience with Food Safety programs and Good Manufacturing Practices is required.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, coach and train associates as well as plan. monitor and schedule work.
- Proficient using MS Office Suite.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
