The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as a Ballpark Operations Assistant.

  • Daily maintenance check lists to prepare facility for events.  Perform check lists during game to ensure facility is being operated and maintained to standards set prior to season
  • Assist in fulfilling maintenance requests as they are received from fans, staff, or team
  • Works with external vendors and customers to determine product requirements and availability
  • Serves as one of the primary liaisons with customers and vendors in the resolution of existing and/or potential problems; works to resolve such issues as necessary
  • Scheduling, training and directing of game day parking staff.  Includes setting up of parking lot prior to all events
  • Set up ballpark surrounding streets for post-game fireworks shows
  • Primary liaison for 3rd party ballpark cleaning crew.  Responsible for regular check-lists and relaying daily reports from GM, Ballpark Ops on cleanliness issues within facility
  • Maintain inventory of external ballpark storage
  • Work all Naturals home games, as well as pre-assigned special events
  • Assists in departmental problem solving, project planning, and the development and execution of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to organizational sales goals as assigned, primarily through working vendor contracts
  • Minimum of one year experience in event or operations related position
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must be willing and able to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be highly motivated and able to respond well under pressure
  • Able to maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumping, HVAC a plus
