Job Summary
Rich Products is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to support the evolution of our global ERP and supply chain landscape. In this hands on role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions that enable efficient order-to-cash processes, drive operational excellence, and support our global growth strategy.
Working across business and IT teams worldwide, you will influence technology decisions, guide solution design, and ensure seamless integration across critical commercial and supply chain systems.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Lead/Support functional design, cross-module integration, prototyping, and guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible, including reviewing business processes and system integration challenges.
- Lifecycle support and progressive partner management of assigned applications and technologies
- Development of functional and integration specifications
- Development of system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions
- Manage and guide small cross functional teams of technical and process specialists, system integration partners and vendors to deliver tasks, managed work packages, system upgrades and participate in larger delivery programmes.
- Partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D stakeholders and other Digital service line teams to ensure successful and timely capturing of business requirements.
- Make sure SAP out of the box (global template) is adhered to and validate/address any deviations.
- Guide and participate in the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP and integrated applications
- 7+ years’ experience with Customization and configuration of commercial systems within SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP Customer Service module would be an advantage)
- Minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences
- Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing complex integrated processes with integrated applications connected to SAP
- Knowledge of commercial management processes advantageous (trade management, rebates, payment allocations, eCommerce)
- Bachelor's Degree in a technological discipline
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
- Ability to travel up to 25% globally, on an as-required basis

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$150,889.00 - $226,334.00
