Purpose Statement
The Brand Marketing Manager for Frozen Retail Brands will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and consumer engagement for Rich Products’ frozen retail portfolio, including SeaPak and Morey’s. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver integrated marketing plans that build brand equity, drive demand, and support business objectives in a dynamic and competitive category.
This professional would need to live in the Saint Simons GA or Buffalo NY area to work a hybrid work schedule.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans for SeaPak and Morey’s, aligning with consumer insights, business goals, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Category Business Units, Sales, Insights) to define brand positioning, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
- Analyze consumer trends, competitive activity, and market performance to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Integrated Marketing Execution
- Lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels to drive awareness and trial.
- Manage agency partners (creative, PR, media) to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaign delivery.
- Oversee the development of marketing assets and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Consumer & Shopper Marketing
- Develop and implement consumer promotions, in-store activations, and digital campaigns to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Partner with the Demand Creation Center of Excellence (COE) and external agencies to optimize content and media performance across digital platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics; adjust strategies based on insights and results.
Brand Stewardship & Research
- Lead brand research initiatives to gather consumer insights and track brand health metrics.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively adapt brand strategies.
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage assigned marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.
- Support business case development for brand investments and measure the impact of marketing activities on brand health and financial performance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably in the frozen food or broader food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana). Cintilla preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel up to 15% to support key initiatives and customer engagements

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$102,080.00 - $153,120.00
