Continuous Improvement TPM Manager - Providing system architectural improvements, designing and integrating solutions, and formulating methodologies to optimize existing applications and architecture to include set up, migrate, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure on-premises, including standalone, virtual, cloud base and hybrid environments. Supporting SAP ERP project implementations including SAP configuration, developing and testing of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) objects, integrating and interfacing SAP PP, MM and WM modules to new/existing business processes and into existing software applications utilizing tools as well as perform data collection, Data migration, data integration, Data Hygiene with several systems and presenting results through the creation and Customizing reports, adapting and building ERP interfaces utilizing C#, Visual Basic, VBA programming language. Document and analyze processes and workflows using UML methodology, developing high level testing plans for integration and system testing in order to identify potential defects and minimize problems within the application after it is implemented and supervising testing activities. Work with tools including Visual Basic, VBA, Microsoft SQL Server, and Crystal reports to develop standalone desktop applications, integrating and interfacing package software solutions to existing software applications. Working with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, R&D and QA departments to assimilate their process and business needs to translate them to technical requirements for their respective ERP module, taking a techno-functional role to support developing detailed program specifications and performing analysis. Deliver several IT and non-IT projects on time and budget for internal and external customers and using software including Trello and Microsoft Project to track task progression, resources, and team collaboration, managing short- and long-term projects designed to meet business requirements application functionality, performance, availability, cost and business continuity across a variety of infrastructure needs while considering business direction and growth strategies. Evaluating and recommending solutions consistent with systems architecture. Document, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests including levels 1, 2 & 3 for company users in hardware, serving as a liaison between Central IT and managers of the department to identify current issues and requirements, translate business requirements into functions specification to which enable Central IT to develop solutions and deliver results related to systems configuration, workflow, data integration, and analytics. Supporting Autonomous Maintenance (AM) / Focused Improvement (FI) / Planned Maintenance (PM) / Early Innovation Management (EIM)/ People Pillar/ Continuous Improvement. Conducting zero loss and capacity constraint analysis and analyzing results across plants and the Supply Chain in production, quality, logistics, sanitation and other supporting departments. Working with plants to develop TPM processes, providing training, and analyzing results against targets. Developing an understanding of business and system gap as related to TPM strategy. Sharing and implementing Best Practices across the manufacturing Supply Chain. Providing training and knowledge transfer to others in order to achieve department goals and providing daily system support and maintenance by answering user queries and ensuring users follow established standard operating procedures. Will travel 10% in US to other plants.

Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or closely related computer field and two (2) yrs. experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included: Working with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, R&D and QA departments to assimilate their process and business needs to translate them to technical requirements for their respective ERP module, taking a techno-functional role; Perform data collection, Data migration, data integration, Data Hygiene with several systems including ERP, EDI, WMS, SQL Databases and custom-made software and presenting results through the creation and Customizing reports using Excel, SQL scripts, Crystal Reports, adapting and building ERP interfaces utilizing C#, Visual Basic, VBA programming language; Deliver several IT and non-IT projects on time and budget for internal and external customers and using software including Trello and Microsoft Project to track task progression, resources, and team collaboration; Set up, migrate, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure on-premises, including standalone, virtual, cloud base and hybrid environments covering Servers, computers, mobile devices, routers, switches, firewalls, Operating systems, MS AD servers, MS SQL servers, file servers, Applications servers, Office 365 infrastructure, VOIP, Surveillance solutions, backup solutions, and Antivirus solutions; Document, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests including levels 1, 2 & 3 for company users in hardware including PC, servers, phones, VOIP, mobile devices, and network equipment, and software, including Microsoft OS, virtualization tools, Office 365 Suite, ERP-Macola and Batch Master, backup solution, EDI, WMS, specialized systems, accounting systems, Active Directory, and Adobe Suite, databases and email services; Develop learning curriculum, create, and adjust technical training materials and deliver them according to the audience to expedite the learning process for company associates and customers; Document and analyze processes and workflows using UML methodology, reports from systems already in use, and generate custom reports using Excel and programming language including VBA, Visual Basic and C# to identify opportunities to enhance their cost/benefit and translate business requirements into technical specifications for systems requirements; Working with tools including Visual Basic, VBA, Microsoft SQL Server, and Crystal reports to develop standalone desktop applications to automize and improve data handling for Procurement, Production, QA, Warehouse and Logistics departments; Working with C#, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL server and high-speed recognition cameras (OCR & Barcode) to send instructions to PLC, microcontroller, and servo motor to trigger motion in industrial equipment in a production line. $119,995/yr. 5 day, 40 hr/wk.

The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
