The Associate Marketing Manager (Canada Division) will be focused on supporting category development, key initiatives and execution of the category operating plan.  This position will support driving growth within the category and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver financial objectives.  The Associate role will be entry level into Canada Marketing organization with the opportunity to develop Marketing competencies required for Marketing Manager advancement. The position is located in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada.




  1. Support the development and execution of long-range category Operating Plan.
  2. Support overall health of portfolio focusing on new product innovation, sku rationalization, price, trade, marketing programs, budget management, Etc.
  3. Collaboration with Sales & Culinary leads to support growth opportunities and/or defend base business, inclusive of promotion, trade, incentives, placement and new product development.

  1. Working towards or possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing or related field required
  2. 1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  3. Solid communication skills to include verbal and written capabilities; strong presentation ability.
  4. Strong desire to begin a career in the Food Industry.
