PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Marketing Manager (Canada Division) will be focused on development and execution of the category operating plan. This position will be accountable to driving growth within the category and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver financial objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Development of long range category Operating plan

 

Product development- drive both innovation and renovation (Speed To Market) for category portfolio

 

P&L Management- development of general pricing, customer pricing and optimizing costs within P&L.

 

Collaboration with Sales channel/segment leads to support growth opportunities and/or defend base business, inclusive of promotion, trade, incentives, placement

 

Support  Integrated Business Planning process inclusive of: demand plan inputs for category, new product review governance to achieve targets

 

Responsible for overall budgets/targets related to: trade, pricing, marketing spends

 

Establishes strong presence with United States/Canada Division Product Category Team and other cross functional stake holders at Buffalo World Headquarters - knowledgeable on overall Product Category Team plan, leverages

overall Unites States/Canada Division scale on innovation and influences outcome on early product/program development

 

Strong leadership, engagement and genuine care in people success, inclusive of customer
